Meet the Team
Katie founded PQE Partners with the goal to provide clients with excellence in their legal and corporate governance recruitment needs.
She brings almost a decade of Australian recruitment experience, having previously worked for a prominent global recruitment agency and more recently with a specialist Australian-owned recruitment and search firm.
Katie has helped build legal teams across a wide spectrum of businesses, from well-established ASX100 businesses, as well as for start-ups looking to hire their first in-house counsel.
She has also managed large recruitment teams and led the establishment of new legal divisions, with a track record of successful placements within a diverse range of Australian and international companies, as well as law firms, spanning various legal practice areas and corporate governance.
With a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University, Katie is based in Sydney and recruits across Australia.
