This is a newly created role due to growth, offering the chance to work in a small, experienced team while contributing to one of the most significant developments in financial crime prevention in the past decade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (including services, licensing, confidentiality and policy documents).
• Provide pragmatic legal advice on contract terms, compliance obligations and regulatory risk.
• Advise on privacy, data protection and information security matters.
• Support the business with regulated customer engagement, contractual frameworks and compliance standards.
• Assist in managing and improving contracting workflows, templates and dispute resolution processes.

About You:

• 3–7 years PQE, ideally from a tech, financial services or telecommunications background.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Confidence in advising on data, privacy and regulatory issues.
• A self-sufficient and solutions-focused mindset, comfortable working in a lean and agile environment.
