Join a respected and collaborative in-house legal team, working closely with senior decision-makers on high-value projects from start to finish.
  
As Legal Counsel, you will:

• Advise on property transactions, including PSAs and retail leases
• Support corporate/M&A transactions, joint ventures and asset management matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Provide legal input on marketing, operational, and development initiatives
• Work on a pipeline of significant projects, including multiple large-scale developments currently underway
• Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders

  
The ideal profile:

• 4-6 PQE with experience in real estate and/or M&A
• In-house experience preferred, with secondments also valued
• A commercially minded, pragmatic approach with the ability to work at pace
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with senior executives
• A fast learner and solution orientated
• Background from a top-tier law firm preferred, though strong candidates from mid-tier or specialist firms will also be considered
