Key Responsibilities
As Senior Associate, you will work closely with the firm’s founders and play a key role in advising clients across a broad range of disputes, including but not limited to:
- Complex commercial litigation matters, including debt recovery disputes
- Insolvency and restructuring litigation, acting for a range of stakeholders
- High-stakes disputes for corporate clients, SMEs, and individuals
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of the firm’s talent
- Developing client relationships and originating new matters, with support from the partners
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Associate or a strong Associate ready to step up, with:
- 5+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation, debt recovery, and/or insolvency
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to manage matters independently
- An entrepreneurial outlook and interest in contributing to the growth of a boutique practice
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to run matters from start to finish
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to mentor juniors and work directly with partners
